1. The service
Retailer’s Club India provides access to a private WhatsApp community for men’s wear retailers and a curated list of verified manufacturers and wholesalers.
2. Membership and payment
Retailer lifetime membership is paid through the configured Razorpay Payment Page, which may allow the customer to enter the payment amount. Payment is one-time. No subscription, trial, AutoPay, monthly fee, or recurring deduction applies. Access is granted only after payment is verified; community access instructions are then provided according to the site's configured process. GST invoice generation depends on valid customer details and a functioning invoice integration.
3. Acceptable use
Members must not spam the community, resell or publicly redistribute the manufacturer list, impersonate others or post abusive content. Violations may result in removal without refund.
4. No guarantee of results
We facilitate discovery of manufacturers and suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a manufacturer, and we do not guarantee sales, profits, pricing or delivery outcomes. Verify all suppliers independently before transacting.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership.
6. Changes
