When you purchase membership we collect your name, phone number, email address and payment confirmation details provided by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
How we use your information
We use your details to deliver your membership access, send the WhatsApp community invite, share the verified manufacturer list, provide customer support and send occasional service updates.
Advertising and analytics
This website uses the Meta Pixel and cookies to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may process this data as described in Meta's Data Policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings or block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers required to run the service — payment processing, hosting, messaging and analytics.
Data retention and security
We retain membership records for as long as your access is active or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical measures to protect them.
